12% of ELD Mandated Truck Fleets still aren’t in Compliance (TruckingInfo.com): Surprising numbers, considering the enforcement levels have peaked in the USA.

Phasing out AOBRDs (FleetOwner.com): There are still close to 2 million trucks that have to be converted from AOBRDs to ELDs, all before December 2019.

Canadian ELD 3rd Party Certification will cause some grief (TruckNews.com):  We applaud the decision by Transport Canada to require all ELDs to be certified by a 3rd party. But it will cause some US based ELD providers to scramble to ensure that their customers are in compliance.
